ONLINE RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Please read our Terms & Conditions on DELIVERY & SHIPPING and RETURNS & EXCHANGES carefully before placing any orders on www.delovely.co.nz. We recommend that you keep a copy of these policies for future reference.

RETURNING GOODS

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return the garment to us in its original condition, unworn with all tags intact. Please return within 7 days of receipt and we will replace exchange or refund with the method you originally paid. Your return costs are not covered by Dé Lovely.

Please ensure your return is well packaged and include your proof of purchase. We expect you to use a courier service as this is a trackable shipping method. Postal service is not, and it can cause delays receiving your return and affect your refund.

For any faulty garments purchased, please contact us and we shall endeavor to replace or refund the purchase amount. We will meet all our obligations under the consumer guaranty’s act.
